Steel Blue Fitness is a service-oriented studio, and our number one priority is the well-being of our clients, from elite athletes to fitness fledglings, and everyone in between. Our work with every client begins with an extensive, free assessment. No matter your fitness needs, we can help you set and reach your goals.

Personal Training

We are movement specialists and are excited to help you reach your goals during our completely customized, one-on-one sessions. Your work with us will begin with an extensive assessment, and we will work together to set and reach your goals. Our vast range of services offer you many ways to achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

Sports Conditioning

Here at Steel Blue Fitness, we have worked with athletes of all levels and abilities and are ready to work with you to help you reach your goals. We take the time to analyze what drills and skills are best suited for your sports endeavors. We work with you as a partner to help you achieve your goals.

  

Active Release Therapy and Healing Techniques

We are the only private studio locally that offers Active Release Therapy, or ART, which uses special techniques in myoskeletal stretching and myofascial release to repair soft tissue and return athletes to peak performance. We also offer various healing techniques. Our goal is to help our clients train pain free in correct form. Your extensive, initial assessment is free of charge.

Our personal training sessions typically run 60 minutes, and include up to 15 minutes of bodywork/stretching. Clients are encouraged to come 10 minutes early to do warm-up cardio and stretch.

One on One Training

  60 min sessions


1 session - $95

8 session package - $90 per session

16 session package - $85 per session

24 session package - $80 per session


Dual Training with a Partner

  75 min sessions


1 session -$110

8 session package - $105 per session

16 session package - $100 per session

24 session package - $95 per session
